Orders
are accepted 24/7 via our secure shopping cart. If you prefer
not to order online you may call us Monday through Friday from
9:0am-6:00pm EST at 727-667-4073.
Delivery
and Shipping Charges
Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to
the cost of the gift. We hand deliver by courier in the local
area and our preferred method of shipping is UPS. Please check
your delivery information carefully before you submit your order.
You will be charged for redelivery if an incorrect address is
given. Please provide complete street address. Shipping charges
range from $11.00 to $25.00 for ground service. Over-sized boxes
will incur extra charges. Need it there faster? We would be happy
to provide rush shipping quotes upon request (3rd day, 2nd day
or next day air).
Deliveries
in the local area are made during regular business hours via Courier
Service Monday through Friday. Saturday or evening deliveries
are also available but may incur additional charges please call
727-667-4073 to discuss your specific needs. Residential deliveries
made when no one is available to receive the delivery will be
left unless otherwise requested. Delivery fees vary and are based
on address.
Payment
Methods
We proudly offer you several ways to pay! We accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Established
corporate accounts may pay by company check. Florida State sales
tax is added to all orders delivered in the state of Florida.

Returns
Because
we pride ourselves on our excellent service and quick shipping
and delivery we require that all cancellations be made within
10 hours of placing your order. Should your cancellation be received
after shipping/delivering we will refund basket cost minus a $12.00
restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for paying shipping
charges.
Each
gift is packaged carefully but we understand damages still may
occur. Please report damaged shipments immediately. Please keep
all packaging in the event the shipper requests it. We will do
our best to replace damaged products as your satisfaction is always
our goal.
Unopened baskets may be returned within 5 working days with an
authorization. You must call or email us to obtain authorization.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. All merchandise
must be returned in the original carton and in good condition.
No
credit can be issued until the returned merchandise is received
by us. A $12.00 restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Privacy
Any and all information we collect from you is
solely to process and ship/deliver your gift to the recipient.
This information will allow us to fill your order and notify you
of your order status. Your e-mail address is used to send you
a confirmation note/receipt of your order. Should you choose to
opt into our monthly newsletter list you should know that we absolutely
do not share our customer information with ANYONE. We use a secure
server to collect and process all orders.
Copyright
All photographs, graphics and web design are the sole property
of Garden Gate Gifts and are not to be copied. Use of our images
or graphics for business or profit is prohibited. No one may use
any of our photographs or graphics for ANY use including brochures,
fliers, newsletters, business cards or web sites without express
written permission of Garden Gate Gifts.
Lead-Time
Orders placed before 10am EST are shipped the same
day unless otherwise requested. Large orders may require some
lead-time. Lead-time varies during busy holiday seasons.
Deposits
A non-refundable 50% deposit will be requested on all volume corporate
or private orders. Please call for details.
Other
important information
Because
we constantly strive to offer you the newest and best of everything
our product availability may change making it neccessary to
substitute products of equal or greater value.
During
the summer we reserve the right to replace chocolate in shipped
gifts with comparable items to prevent melted chocolate being
delivered.
Food
allergies and dietary restrictions of the gift recipient(s)
must be brought to the attention of Garden Gate Gifts when ordering.
We hold no responsibility of bodily harm should any food products
contained in our gift designs cause allergic reaction in the
gift recipient(s).
Garden
Gate Gifts assumes no liability to anyone getting injured due
to the misuse of any part of the gift(s) purchased.
We
are a legal business in the State of Florida, licensed through
Pinellas County. We have a Federal Sales Tax ID number. Please
