Thank you for the basket that you delivered to the Palms of Pasadena Hospital. She was absolutley thrilled. I called on Thursday to check in with her and she was playing with the playdough / modeling clay and she HAD to read me several passages from the hospial book that was included in the basket. Hello! I hope things are going extremely well with your business venture and Garden Gate Gifts is busier than ever. I don't think I ever officially thanked you for everything you did for me in designing that unbelievable beach themed basket for my wife and her friends. It all happened so fast. They way "we" were able to take my out of the ordinary idea and transform it into something that is still talked about months after it was received is simply extraordinary. As I told you when we got started, a lot of places say they offer custom products. But to them, custom means pick any items you want from our current inventory and we will put them together. When I received your call, as you were walking down the aisles of the various stores hand selecting the items I asked for, I was truly amazed. Too many people say they welcome special requests or pride themselves on their unrivaled customer service, but don't deliver. Garden Gate Gifts goes beyond customer service and you all seem to truly enjoy the challenge of designing a gift that has never been done before. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to work with you, but can promise that anytime I have a need for something special, whether it is for business or me personally, I will be calling you! The only problem with your outstanding ability to make such unique and wonderful gifts is I can no longer hang out with the guys in the neighborhood, because their wives give them grief about the wonderful surprise I had waiting for my wife and her friends when they arrived on vacation. In fact one of the guys told me that if he heard one more time, how wonderful, thoughtful and spontaneous I was for having that basket waiting for them, he was going to help his wife move into my house!
